Project Overview
This project consisted of the pre-conceptual design and 3D modeling of a new residential building located on Henri-Bourassa Boulevard East in Montreal. The objective was to develop a building massing and layout fully aligned with municipal urban planning requirements, including height limits, number of floors, setbacks, and density.
The study also ensured full compliance with Québec’s municipal regulations and the National Building Code of Canada (NBC), while proposing a contemporary architectural language adapted to the urban context.
